Happy 12th birthday Marigold!

Marigold’s age and cat-birthday are just guesses. I picked her up at an adoptathon at a shelter in 2007 which had more animals than it could handle. I went with a carrier as I was not coming home empty-handed. The shelter is a “kill” shelter. The place was crowded with people. I decided quickly when I saw Marigold, as I did not want to have anyone else get her. She was listed as a “stray”. She is very friendly to people, and I am very glad to have been able to bring her home. Her shelter name was Marigold, and I chose not to change it.
