All of my cats at one time or another like to watch television if something interesting is on. I did a tv blog on Opie a while back. Zeke goes so far as to watch his favorite Youtube videos of animals. Zeke is the real television fan. Let’s have a look:

    1. They do that sometimes trying to get into the back of the set. Seems logical. I forgot what the tv tax was where you are at. What is it now? I liked the trucks with the aerials trying to find cheaters. My expertise tells me those detection devices were a hoax–possibly Chinese!

      1. i didn’t know about the trucks, but we do have several friends who don’t watch TV and have a hell of a time convincing anyone who matters that they don;t. I’m not sure how much the tax is right now because we’re exempt due to Wild Thing’s age.

    1. Multiple animals keep themselves company, but they still don’t like being left alone when I am gone. An hour at most is their attention span. Some are keener than others on it. When I am gone all day, I leave the radio on. Thanks for your visit and comment.

  7. Wir haben gerade das Wohnzimmer umgeräumt und Blacky hat jetzt einen neuen Lieblingsplatz. Den großen Sessel. Der steht so das man auch von dort aus Fernsehen schauen kann. Jetzt sieht es immer so aus, als ob Blacky TV schaut. Dabei beobachtet er in Wirklichkeit unsere Vögel.

    1. Zeke hat auch einen gleichen Lieblingsplatz im Wohnzimmer. Manchmal schaut Zeke auf das Fernsehen. Der grösste Teil der Zeit schläft er dort. Vielen Dank für Ihren Besuch und Anmerkung.

  8. That is cute 🙂 None of my cats like tv. Some of the ones I had that have passed used to watch a cat dvd that had birds, but this crew has no interest. There are some black squirrels in the area, but I have never seen a white one.

  11. Once in a while, Ringo will watch something for a bit, but other than noticing a loud sound (siren) none of ours seem to care. In fact, Benny dislikes videos when hubby plays them on his iPad and he’ll leave the room!

  12. Charlie seems to like watching tennis, whilst Cara appears to prefer cycling for some reason. Poppy just watches anything on the TV, as long as she can watch it upside down. She tells me it’s far more entertaining that way 🙂

  13. My cats watch television too. They’re big fans of sport – I think because of the people moving across the screen. My cats also like standing on top of the television which can be a bit worrying. I’m sure one day I’ll come home and they’ll have knocked it onto the floor!
