  1. Oh no! Marigold was awesome. I was playing catchup and was moving forward from where I had left off (I know your comments get turned off so was hoping to stay ahead of that) but you kept saying something about Marigold so I thought I better find the post on Marigold. I am sooo sorry. Her personality shown through on your posts. Glamour Queen, Loving Cat, and just plain lovely heart and soul. I loved her posts.

  2. A good life well lived! Never a happy occasion but at least she was able to die at home. She will live on through the stories already told on your blog. they never really leave us.

  3. What terrible news. I didn’t know Marigold, but she was obviously loved. I know about trying to comfort an ill cat, and hoping that she will stay just a little longer. Please accept my condolences. Godspeed, Marigold.

  4. We are so sorry to find out Marigold passed away. Please accept our sympathies. Daisy Mae And I feel honored and privileged we got to use Marigold’s picture on our site when you did a guest post. It will be difficult but you never forget. It will get somewhat easier by the day. 6. We are sad to hear about Marigold. The only bad part of being owned by a cat, is having to say Good Bye. With all out Sympathy, Purrs and Strength

  9. I am so sorry to hear of the loss of your beautiful Marigold. What helped me most when I lost my Chelsea (Nov. 30) was to know that she had a great life and to picture her at Rainbow Bridge with my late boy Jelly Bean catching butterflies and running through a meadow. Their spirits are always with us!
