I Want Your Chair

I want your chair really requires no narrative. We have been through it a thousand times. Resistance is futile. Your cat will walk all over you and try and force you out, until you give in. Now, if you happen to sit in another chair, that chair is the one the cat will want. It wants what you have. Always!

Scooby — I want your chair now

Scooby on chair — Thank you for getting up. You had no choice!

Scooby asleep — Come back in five hours! I’ll be hungry then.

During the winter, I think they use me as a seat warmer. The rest of the time, it’s just a control thing.

The cat always wins! I have lost count of the amount of times I sat on the floor watching TV so as not to disturb Eric and Flynn stretched out on a sofa each.

Yes! Because of this, I am now shopping for a new comfy chair. I’m going to bet however that withing 24 hours Sunny will lay stake to that one as well.
