Louie relaxing

It has been a little more than a month since Opie left us. Louie does not look for her anymore. He has claimed the bedroom as his. He is resting in Opie”s cat bed now. Opie’s shark stays for company. The cat tree is next to my TV chair and Louie goes in it when it is too hot to sit on me. Trying new natural organic cat litter with him and very successful. He was flinging the clay kind all over the place. He is not afraid of strangers or the vacuum cleaner and is a nuisance walking in front of it. He is also a pest when making food for myself and trying to eat it.. He must be locked up when the oven is on so he does not get burned. Open the refrigerator door and he is there. I accidentally left some grapes out one night and in the morning found them on the floor. One grape made it to the living room. You would think he does not get fed. When you have been starving, having a lot of food around is important. He has a new water fountain to drink from. So here are a few photos when he is not running 90 mph. Finally, the animal hoarder’s animal cruelty courtroom drama drags on. Another hearing next month.

Ahh Louie, living the “life of Riley”. When you talked about the grapes, I immediately thought he was probably playing with them. It’s probably fun to roll them around in the floor!😂Glad he knew not to bite into them though.

He is growing into quite the character.

I had a kitty who loved playing with a stalk of broccoli. And Pearl occasionally knocks cherry tomatoes off the kitchen counter if they’re not in a bowl.

Oh gosh, if there is a court room drama going on, somehow I missed your mention of it I think. I am so sorry. Whatever it entails, I pray it all goes well for and with you.

Cheeto is the same way about food. He acts like I never feed him! It gets frustrating at times because I have to make sure to keep food locked away. Louie does look like he’s quite relaxed in his home now.
