Louie dreaming. What is he dreaming about? The good news is his parasites are finally all gone. On the other side of the coin, Opie has come down with a bad respiratory infection and is on antibiotics. She is looking rough. It is very worrisome because of her age. She is in quarantine. I am fearing the worst.

Louie at home. Today we see Louie on the penguin blanket–loved by every cat; popping out of a tent–Here I am. We also meet the neighbor’s cat Noodle. She is a tortie and hangs around my house wanting to come inside. I don’t let her inside–Opie would have a fit. Here is a night photo where she comes onto the porch to get out of the rain and sits on the welcome mat with Louie watching.

The trial lasted 3 days but I could find no result. Something happened in it. There is a new schedule out.
Here are the dates of her upcoming hearings and a new trial.:

05/14/2026 – Trial Readiness Status Hearing at 1:30 p.m., scheduled before the Presiding Judge for the Criminal Division on that date. Dept. CDPJ
05/28/2026 – Jury Trial at 8:30 a.m., scheduled before the Presiding Judge for the Criminal Division on that date. Dept. CDPJ
So we will not know much until The end of May.
