Opie the TV Star Dec 17 2010. I should have posted this in December but too much was going on with Nicholas and Louisiana Louie. KCPQ FOX channel 13 Seattle used to put up pet photos people sent in showing pets and weather. I let my cats out one snowy day and took their photo. Then I let them go back inside to warm up. My photo got selected for broadcast. They notified me what day and time it would be on, The presenter is Erin Mayovsky who still works there. You can see Opie right front. They were a great cat family. I made a video and took the still photos from it. Whenever I see Erin, I remember that day so long ago.

Yes but in a different format no longer weather related. They want videos which are shown weekdays on a “Pet Tricks” segment. Today was a dog and a parrot. . Louie has potential.

They show a dog in a park with a frisby, and I go I can do better than that, and start sending stuff in. And I succeed! I never get another shown though I try.

Dogs were the most common but cats, horses parrots and turtles did show up.
