Louie at home. Today we see Louie on the penguin blanket–loved by every cat; popping out of a tent–Here I am. We also meet the neighbor’s cat Noodle. She is a tortie and hangs around my house wanting to come inside. I don’t let her inside–Opie would have a fit. Here is a night photo where she comes onto the porch to get out of the rain and sits on the welcome mat with Louie watching.

He jumps on my back and climbs up my shoulder to be carried around like a pirate’s parrot. Although well fed he is all over the kitchen when you are cooking looking for food. Must be locked up when using burners or oven. I taught him he cannot have my food when I am at the dining table.eating.

Louie is really making himself at home. And like others have said, I wish Noodle’s humans would keep her inside. For her safety as well as the well being of your cats who don’t like her coming around.

Dangers for outdoor cats. She spends good days under my rhododendron bush. She comes out if I go outside for fussies.

Louie appears to be okay with Noodle on the porch. I do not understand why people leave their pets out in the rain.

Louie certainly feels much more comfortable and I hope he’s letting his guard down more and more.
As for the neighbor cat, it’s so sad when people just let the cats roam and they want in.
