From Aug 2017 we have Opie playing with a new toy sent to her after she lost a tooth by Miss Ellen at 15andmeowing.com .It is none the worse for wear now as I see it here and there on the floor. Opie had bad genes and ended up eventually with no teeth. She eats “pate” mostly. Warning: Flashing from the photo below may cause seizures.

I once had a Shetland sheepdog who, by his old age, had very few teeth. At one point he had to have 13 removed at one time! But he was able to enjoy his food too. Glad Opie likes her tooth fairy gift!🥰

The Tooth Fairy makes such wonderful toys. We used to have a very old tortie who didn’t have a tooth left in her head. She loved nothing better than the bone from a leg of lamb and never left a scrap of meat on it. We always said she must have gummed it to death!

She does not have problems much eating–at least not what I give her.
