He was a very good boy: Zeke 2009 – 2025

I never suspected 3 months after the death of Scooby, Zeke would pass away. Zeke was missing Scooby every day.

    this is the most awful, awful news. I am just shocked and soooooooo very sad for you. I am soooooo sorry!!!! It’s sooooooooooo hard!!! Poor Zeke. My Dakota had passed 9 days after Cody passed (but he had cancer, that being said, I think he passed sooner because he missed Cody so much). My heart goes out to you. I cannot believe this horrible news. Wish I could give you a hug.

    The pain you experience after the loss of a loved one is equal to the love you had for them.  The more you love, the worse the pain.  Losing a pet can be worse than losing a child or parent.  Pets are your constant.  They are always home with you, they greet you, they are the door, they depend on you.  When they are gone it is devastating.  We hope you can come through your grief soon

    I don’t have words to tell you how sorry I am. You probably haven’t healed from Scooby yet. Zeke was a beautiful kitty. He’s probably playing with Scooby over the Rainbow Bridge.

    😢 I teared up when I saw the title to this post. Zeke was a handsome boy: to lose him right after Scooby has to hit hard. I’m so sorry, Greg. You blogged so much about your kitties, they live in the hearts of your many readers.

    So sorry to read this. Animals certainly do mourn, and love…and have souls. Zeke and Scooby and all the Others Who Have Gone Before are together, but that doesn’t make it any easier on you.
