The Three Plus One Remembered

The Three Plus One Remembered. Now the holidays are over there is not much going on. January is a bit of a bummer of a month eh guys? That’s why we fall for the “cats in cars getting coffee trick”–one day it may be true! We do our general routine: lying about mostly and sometimes going out in the catio for some grass if we are lucky. Opie hides in her room though she can come out if she wants to. The PC is in her room so she does get some company during the day or night. Dad’s doing his blog and listening to “Carmen”. La la la la la! Poor Opie! About this time in January 2019 Marigold died, so we remember her today as our featured photo. She was picked up by the Animal Police roaming the mean streets of Tacoma, and we adopted her. She was very smart and beautiful. We have not forgotten you.

Dear Marigold was beautiful, Greg. I know how you feel. We lost old Marcus cat on January 20th. The vet discovered an intestinal tumor as the source of his troubles with eating, and he was allowed to pass peacefully at the office. We all miss our kitties that have flown over the bridge.

Sometimes you need to remember the lover of the cats that provide a safe loving home and constant resupplying of the food bowls. Here is to you, Greg, and all those out there who love and commit themselves to pussycats everywhere

Orange tabbies are wonderful kitties! I had one, Louie, who was very smart, sweet-natured, and well-mannered. I still miss Louie, nearly 13 years after he died. Marigold, it seems, was typical of these cats, and beautiful, too.

Marigold is beautiful. The cats aren’t bothered by the wet ground in the catio? We’ve had almost a whole week of constant rain or drizzle, so not even the feral cats have been out, even when my neighbors leave food out for them.
