How do you keep Scooby on a leash? I put my long gone cat Foothill in a contraption that resembled a straight jacket with clips, straps, zippers, hooks, ties, belts… and he still wriggled out of it in 5 seconds once he got outside. I guess he was the Houdini of cats! Nice that Scooby can go for a stroll in the great outdoors.

How did you train him (her?) to wear a body leash?

Scooby was 5 when I got him from a shelter. Someone already trained him. When I first got a harness out he starting being all happy as he knew what it was. Thanks for your comment Victoria.

Sweet pictures! What kind of harness is Scooby wearing in photo #4? I got one for my cat, but it’s little more than a big rubber band, too stretchy and binding in the wrong places. (Someone should have told the manufacturer that cats don’t need choke collars!) She’s been dying to check out the premises outside, but I don’t want to take her without some “insurance.”
