Taking a “Blogging Break”. Don’t know how long. Here you can see Zeke trying to sneak onto Opie’s bed hiding he thinks behind the cat bed and not be noticed. I think he wanted to check out her food bowl. She knows he is there. Scooby makes an appearance.
Here’s a Quiet Cat Day. Not much happening. Zeke takes most of the spotlight today but not all of it. Scooby and Opie show up too. They get some sun and window time as well. If you wonder what ever happened to Jabberjaw, we adopted him.
Another Day in the Life (2) shows all three of the cats here doing one or more of their daily activities. Scooby appears in a shopping bag quite pleased with himself for finding it and getting inside it. Perhaps he thinks he is going along shopping. We see Opie enjoying some solo time out in the catio and also eyeball to eyeball with a computer bird! Zeke is simply lying in bed thinking about being a tiger. Where does that idea come from?
Greg and Scooby
Opie greets 2022. Opie gets probably the least exposure in this blog. She lives primarily in her own room, so the boys cannot bother her too much. They like to chase her, but she doesn’t like that at all. The other day, Scooby came in and went to bed in her cat bed. She wouldn’t go in it after that, so it is in the washing queue and Greg replaced her bed with a “clean” one free of Scooby cooties. These beds of which there are five are about 12 years old and get rotated to keep them from wearing out and washed carefully. Quite happy in her bed she has no desire to get up for 2022. Maybe in 2023 if we all live so long. Meow! PS Greg went out foraging for canned cat food and scored some new things we like at PetSmart store. Stress level reducing for the moment.
